Our story
In early 2023, long before ZahoUp, our team launched Upskills.mg: in-person training sessions to upskill IT talent. Full rooms, hands-on modules, and a real joy in teaching.
Then reality hit: attendance kept dropping, even on paid modules. Not for lack of will, but for lack of direction. Without a concrete goal at the end, even the most motivated give up. We chose to stop and rethink the problem.
That lesson became ZahoUp. Here, you no longer learn “just in case”: every path starts from a company's real need and ends with verifiable proof. When a real opportunity awaits at the end of the road, you go all the way.
Born from lived experience
ZahoUp is designed and built by THENEXT TECHNOLOGY, a software services company founded in Madagascar in 2019 by Gérard RAMBININTSOA. Since then, its teams have delivered for European clients: locally trained talent, meeting international standards. That lived experience is what ZahoUp wants to make possible at scale.
